CFA Supports the Regional Transportation & Climate Initiative

Washington, D.C. – "Cleaner, more efficient transportation options are good for consumers, saving money and reducing the impact of gas prices on American families. The Consumer Federation of America supports this important effort to increase the availability of fuel efficient vehicles and other clean transportation options. We are pleased to see the members of the Transportation & Climate Initiative working together to make this happen at a regional level. Not only will this effort help consumers in the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern States, but it will set the stage for similar efforts throughout the country."
