AARP, CFA and the Financial Planning Coalition Deliver Results of Usability Testing of SEC's Proposed CRS

In a letter to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Jay Clayton, AARP, CFA, and the Financial Planning Coalition deliver the results of recent independent usability testing of the SEC's proposed Customer Relationship Summary (CRS). The results of this testing clearly indicate the need for the Commission to revise and retest the content, language, and format of the CRS.
