CFA and Consumers Union Call on House Judiciary Committee to Make the Health Insurance Market Competitive

In a letter to members of the House Judiciary Committee, CFA and Consumers Union urge the passage of H.R. 372, the “Competitive Health Insurance Reform Act of 2017.” This bill takes an important step in bringing consumers the benefits of competition under the antitrust laws, in the way health insurance is offered, marketed, and sold.
