CFA and Other Groups Make Suggestions to New CA Privacy Agency for Privacy Regulations

As the new California Privacy Protection Agency commences work on regulations under the California Privacy Rights Act, which was approved by voters last year, Consumer Federation of America joined other groups in two sets of comments recommending specific areas on which the agency should focus to ensure that consumers have the strongest possible privacy protections.
