CFA and other public interest groups have submitted opposition to the petitions for reconsideration of the FCC’s broadband privacy rule. In particular, the coalition opposes the petitions for reconsideration that argue the FCC should fully repeal the broadband privacy order. On the contrary, the record shows that the FCC should retain the order in its entirety.
