CFA Calls on FCC to Bar Forced Arbitration in Broadband and Other Telecom Service Contracts

CFA and other groups urged the Federal Communications Commission to bar forced arbitration clauses in all contracts for telecommunications services under its jurisdiction, including broadband Internet service, mobile services, cable and other multichannel video services, and common carriers under the Communications Act.
