CFA Calls on House Leadership to Oppose H.R. 2666, the "No Rate Regulation of Broadband Internet Access Act"

Consumer Federation of America and its allies are calling on House Speaker Paul Ryan and Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi to urge their colleagues to vote against H.R. 2666, the "No Rate Regulation of Broadband Internet Access Act," which would prevent the Federal Communications Commission from fulfilling its essential consumer protection responsibilities. Simply, H.R. 2666 would prevent the FCC from doing its job to protect the American people, and spell disaster for all the people and businesses in America that use the Internet.
