CFA Opposes Repeal of Motorcycle Helmet Law

CFA joined a coalition of auto safety advocates in opposing Louisiana House Bill 317, which would repeal a state law that requires motorcycle riders to wear a helmet. Motorcycles are the most dangerous mode of motor vehicle transportation, and riders are 28 times more likely to die in a crash than people in passenger vehicles.
