In a letter to Internal Revenue Service Commissioner John Koskinen, consumer and tax attorneys urge the IRS to immediately allow all American taxpayers the opportunity to obtain Identity Theft Protection PINs. The vast majority of Americans are now at risk of identity theft due to the massive data security breach by Equifax.
