CFA Urges NAIC to Make State-Mandated Auto Insurance Affordable for All Americans

CFA's research has proven that auto insurance required by the states is unaffordable for many, and that the pricing is unfair and results in disparate treatment and even discrimination against those with low- and moderate-income and minorities. But there will be no significant reform without broad-based efforts at the state level. Therefore, CFA urges NAIC to take steps now to make state-mandated auto insurance affordable for all Americans.
