CFA Urges Senate Commerce Committee to Support the TICKET Act

CFA joined a coalition of advocates calling on the Senate Commerce Committee to support the House TICKET Act, H.R. 3950. The TICKET Act would require all-in ticket pricing, ban speculative ticketing practices, implement refund requirements, and take steps to address the proliferation of bots in ticket sales. The TICKET Act passed the House with overwhelming approval (388-24) and provides the most comprehensive legislative ticket reform to date.
