Consumer Group Informs the House of Representatives of the Critical Role the Consumer Product Safety Commission Occupies

In a testimony before the House of Representative's Consumer Protection and Commerce Subcommittee, CFA described the critical role the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) plays, but ensure consumers are safe from product hazards. CFA urged the CPSC to use all of the tools Congress gave it to protect consumers from potentially hazardous consumer products, CFA also urges the CPSC to address problems with certain products such as furniture with a high likelihood to tip over and window coverings.
