104 Organizations Support the FTC CARS Rule

A broad coalition of national and state organizations sent a letter to Congress today, expressing support for the FTC CARS Rule. The CARS Rule would bring long overdue price transparency to auto sales, prohibit dealer from imposing and hiding some junk fees, and ensure that the FTC can return money to defrauded car buyers. The Rule would save consumers over $3 billion and many hours in each car sale, and organizations are encouraging members of Congress to publicly support the Rule.
